I don't know about you, but it takes way to long to get to my calendar on my iPhone. You have to click the button, swipe to unlock, locate your calendar (if your aren't on the first page or the app isn't on your dock), etc. That is too damn long! Alright, it's not really that long...I just like having a calendar at my fingertips! So here is a matching iPhone calendar that fits perfectly on your lock screen!
Also today starts 30 Days of Lists! I am so flipping excited! I can't wait to jot down some lovely lists. I participated in the first go round but am so excited to get involved in this one. Having another little book of lists is going to be awesome.
On another note, I haven't really shared this on the blog (because I don't know how to blog about it) but I am a resume queen. Meaning that, while I don't consider myself an expert, I have a lot of experience with what employers are looking for when looking at your resume. I know what will make you memorable & what will make you stand out. I've been thinking about posting some of my resume tips but I've also been thinking about doing a little ebook of sorts on the matter. Does anyone think this will be useful to them??
I wrote a workbook on resumes for when I teach my resume writing class where I work. It's all about marketing yourself, highlighting your strengths, & tailoring a resume to suit the job your are applying for. I'd love to re-do it for a creative sort of professional resume. I really like resumes & job hunting (I don't really like the job working part!).
