Be Still My Heart

So one of my favorite shows is Criminal Minds.  It stars one of my favorite actors Mathew Gray Gubler.

I mean, seriously, I think my heart may have stopped beating for a moment...or sped up so fast it exploded.
I am not quite sure yet.
